Shipping policy

We ship all items USPS unless specifically requested or specified by the customer. We do not provide return labels for standard orders that need to be returned or exchanged. Please be advised that the foam will come vacuum sealed and shrunk down. Please allow the foam to expand for a couple days in room temperature environment for best results.
