No shortcuts, no overseas production, all of our furniture is manufactured right here in our own factory, we are committed to American made furniture and upholstery supporting growth in our local communities. Our artisans have been working with wood and upholstery for decades from celebrities, large corporate companies, to local homeowners, providing quality, functionality and design.

CONSTRUCTION

Red Fox Furnishings only uses high quality solid kiln-dried hardwoods like maple, alder, beechwood, oak, and other industry standard woods for all custom frames. Our frames are cut to precision, corner blocked, doweled, glued, stapled and reinforced to withstand decades of use. Our state of the art computer driven CNC router is used for precision cutting allowing our frames to feature a hybrid dovetail locking construction which provides added strength and support. Top of the line 8 gauge no-sag springs each individually hand tied are used on our seats. To create a sturdy but comfortable back we use 11 gauge hand tied no-sag springs all guaranteed to last a lifetime. Each piece uses only the highest quality HR (high resilient) foam wrapped in your choice of down feather or 1oz. Dacron batting for your preferred comfort. All back pillows consist of a polyester down mix which keep their shape for much longer.
